Meet Our Inspection Team
Brian Seeley
Brian Seeley has been inspecting homes since 2003, and he also has an extensive background in real estate appraisal—a perspective that has given him substantial insight into how to assess, preserve, and improve the condition of a home. Rounding out Brian’s industry experience is several years of work as an electrician, further reinforcing his expansive knowledge of home construction. Brian approaches his work with the utmost seriousness, but he’s always good at lightening the mood with his sense of humor, and you can count on him to communicate his knowledge patiently and respectfully.
In his free time, Brian enjoys golfing and sailing.

Mark Clements
Mark is in this line of work to help others, and there’s nothing he loves more than being in a position to teach valuable knowledge to families who are trying to protect their interests when buying a home. Mark’s customer-oriented approach is immensely appreciated by his clients, and he is often commended for his kindness and patience. Mark has completed thousands of residential and commercial property inspections, and he has hands-on experience in home construction as a flooring specialist.
Family means everything to Mark, and he enjoys as much family time as possible when he’s at home. Mark also loves to work on the restoration and maintenance of his historic farmhouse.

Richard “Shunny” Ross
Shunny is known for his cool and collected demeanor, rising up to every challenge that a home may present so that he can kindly and effectively communicate the strengths and weaknesses in a home’s condition. Shunny has substantial experience in home restoration, notably restoring a 95-year-old gambrel colonial home. Shunny also owns his own custom woodworking business, and he has decades of experience in financial and client services.
When he’s not on the job, Shunny enjoys riding motorcycles and woodworking—and he has recently taken an interest in the construction of small boats. Boating and fishing have always been a central part of Shunny’s life.

Vadim Jumara
Vadim has a reputation for being incredibly detail-oriented with his work as a home inspector, a quality that is universally appreciated by his clients. Vadim’s determination to get the job done right is plain to see, and he goes the extra mile to conduct home inspections that accurately reveal the condition of every readily accessible square inch of the home. Vadim also has experience working as a government contractor performing U.S. Naval housing inspections and as a professional painter.
Vadim is a native Ukrainian and speaks fluent Russian. Outside of work, Vadim preaches at his local church in East Providence, where he is also a Youth Group leader. Playing flag football is one of Vadim’s favorite weekend activities.

Dale Cullen
Just as Hearthstone Home Inspections is rock solid in our values as a business, Dale is rock-steady in his work ethic—providing an intensive evaluation of a home that accurately diagnoses deficiencies in the property’s construction. Dale’s superior mechanical knowledge is a tremendous asset to the team, as his troubleshooting ability is second to none when it comes to the more complex issues that affect homes. Dale grew up around home construction and remodeling, learning carpentry and plumbing from his father who was a licensed contractor. Dale also has experience as an auto collision technician, as a naval housing inspector, and he is currently a member of the Army National Guard as an aviation mechanic.
Dale loves to exercise, working out frequently and going running whenever he gets the chance. Dale is also a black belt, and clearly a very gifted mechanic who enjoys working on cars, trucks, and motorcycles in his free time.

Luke Hopton
Luke is as reliable as they come, and his easy-going demeanor always helps our clients feel right at home. Writing is Luke’s passion and a natural talent, and we’re glad to have him as our Radon Manager, Marketing Manager, and Social Media Director—staying engaged with our clients and helping to ensure smooth operations across the board. Luke has previous management experience in the lodging and hospitality industry, and he is a former Youth Group leader at a local church.
In his downtime, Luke enjoys reading, hiking, and taking trips to Upstate New York. Luke is a family man who cherishes every moment raising his two sons with his wonderful wife Rachel. Aside from his writing duties for work, Luke enjoys picking up the pen on his own time as a creative outlet.

Frank Hopton
Frank Hopton is the owner and founder of Hearthstone Home Inspections. Since 1995, Frank has personally performed thousands of home inspections for satisfied clients throughout Southern New England. In addition to being a professional home inspector, Frank is experienced with the renovation and restoration of real estate, specializing in historic homes. With responsibilities ranging from project planning to construction management and hands-on labor, Frank has successfully restored numerous residences—three of which won awards from the Providence Preservation Society.
A hard-working spirit and strict attention to detail are hallmarks of Frank’s character, and he goes above and beyond to get the job done right for each and every one of his clients.
